Approach: We keep users needs, and the context of usage ‘front of mind’ as we develop digital applications, since we design things that are mostly used to execute critical tasks (e.g. ordering via an e-commerce platform, or activating and configuring services on secured websites) or consult information on the go using smartphones and/or interactive displays and touch surfaces, development of digital applications.
