Emakina/Architects aim to enhance your brand experience by building easy to use, efficient and engaging interfaces.
By taking into account your business (travel, pharma, retail etc.), your users (needs, behaviour, context), your offline and online channels, and the media (touchscreen, site, mobile applications) the architects optimise your user interface and navigation to make a useful and engaging user experience.
The Emakina User-Centered-Design Methodology is composed of three main phases: user analysis, designing your solution, and testing with real users. For each step, we have in-house, experienced specialists.
Emakina/Architects is an integrated part of Emakina Group processes. In every Emakina product, there is always an element of our reflection and expertise.
We have one goal: to adapt your site so that users can navigate intuitively, easily and effectively, combining utility with pleasure.
By undertaking a comprehensive user experience analysis, we help you to take successful decisions and increase your ROI:
- boosting your conversion rate (newsletter subscription, online sales, registration, generated leads)
- optimising your landing pages
- increasing the efficiency of your employees on your intranet
- improving the take up of your extranet by your partners
- reducing calls to your helpdesks
