Since its introduction on the Alternext in July 2006, Emakina has grown into a network of European interactive agencies operating across four countries: Belgium, The Netherlands, France and the UK.
This international expansion was possible thanks to the acquisition of five agencies between April 2006 and June 2007: B.On The Net, Design is Dead, SunTzu, the groupeReflect and The Reference. They have allowed us to ensure a complementarity, on a geographical level in order to service clients with an international presence, and on a strategic level, aimed at adding or reinforcing skills and competences to our services. A second pillar of the acquisition strategy is the fact that there has been change, without losing continuity: every agency that has joined the Emakina Group in 2007, still has the same management, which leads to stability, both for the co-workers and for the clients.
The latest expansion in 2012 is the setting up of Emakina.UK, based in London, in a joint-venture with LOC consulting.
