Emakina goes for the customer's smile with Q8
Q8 is teaming up with Emakina as a new partner to automate its Q8 smiles program. Every time customers refuel and make a purchase in the Q8 Shop&Go store, they saves Smiles. These can be exchanged for a gift voucher at Q8 or with one of the Q8 smiles partners.
Emakina won the competition for this important support mission from several agencies. In addition to the strength of its proposal, the enthusiasm and experience of its team was the deciding factor. The 'User agency' has already started the preparations to implement the CRM solution of Selligent Marketing Cloud. The team focuses on sustainable growth starting with the end customer, a well-founded marketing strategy and a clear roadmap for the implementation and further follow-up, including coaching and training.
