Emakina receives French “Responsible Digital Enterprise” Label
Emakina in France received the ENR label, rewarding the quality of its customer relations and its commitment to social responsibility.
The French national “Responsible Digital Enterprise” Label rewards the respect for ethics, the correct commercial approach but also the clear implementation of communication agency projects, born in the digital era. This news follows after an audit of Emakina’s attention for ethical, environmental and social concerns in commercial and internal activities, leading to the acceptance of the company by France IT, who initiated the label.
Emakina in France started to invest in 2005 in its quality commitments and digital accessibility improvements, notably with Accessiweb (web access for the visually impaired) and with Opquast partners (compliance with standards and best practices). Today, these commitments are highlighted, with Emakina’s recognition as an ethical and responsible agency.
A demanding and all-embracing label
By obtaining France IT’s “Responsible Digital Enterprise” Label, Emakina is rewarded for the relevance of its client services, customer satisfaction and loyalty. The label also recognises that all Emakina’s staff members are part of this quality approach and that the agency’s pricing policy is clear and transparent.
This label rewards our ongoing effort to provide the best possible quality of services, starting from the briefing over the strategy development until project delivery. This quality approach is embedded in the core of our corporate values and is made possible by our integrated full service offering. Our teams in the country, in Paris and in Europe provide support that covers the entire production chain, greatly improving ourt production quality and our client relationships. We are proud that our business vision of management philosophy is recognised by an important association like France IT.
