Emakina.BE is looking for a range of new colleagues. For the second year in a row, Emakina.BE hosted its Emakina Experience, an initiative carried by a group of enthusiastic colleagues.

Responding to the invitation to ‘Launch yourself into agency life’, 75 young (and some older) digital and creative talents exchanged ideas and dreams with Emakina’s management and experienced consultants. Of course, many participated with the ambition to secure a career at Emakina, a major player in the business.

Launch yourself into agency life

Several Emakinians hosted talks introducing multiple areas of expertise at Emakina. The choice was broad, from ecommerce, marketing and automation, to creativity, design sprints, mixed reality, and more. As a bonus, experts shared advise on optimizing CVs and portfolios.

The program attracted mostly young digital talents. They took a sneak peek in the real world of a dynamic digital agency. Emakina.BE is constantly on the lookout for a broad range of talents for its teams: Creative Designers, UX specialists, Motion Designers, PMs and AMs, Art Directors, Information Architects, and many more.

Pierre Pôlet, Emakina.BE MD: ‘Skills, diploma’s and project experiences are a plus for a job at Emakina, naturally. But even more than that, we are looking for clever enthusiastic people with an open mind. So, passionate creatures, undefinable talents, and interns should also reply to open applications.’

Tim Wolfs, Emakina.BE MD, added: ‘We are ‘The User Agency’. Emakina helps its clients to adapt their brands and communication to the fast-changing needs and expectations of their end users. Because happy users are the key to growing successful businesses. The best job candidates share our drive to help the companies we work for to build rich experiences that make end users happy and create real connections with them.’

Emakina Project Manager Florence Mathey took the lead for the event’s organisation.
